🚚 Shipping & Delivery
How fast do you deliver in the UAE?+
Same-day delivery in Dubai & Abu Dhabi for orders placed before 2PM. All other UAE cities receive delivery within 1-2 business days.
Do you ship to Saudi Arabia, Qatar & Kuwait?+
Yes! We ship to UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. Delivery takes 2-4 business days to KSA, Qatar and Kuwait.
Is shipping free?+
Yes! Free shipping on all orders over 150 AED across the UAE. For orders below 150 AED, a flat shipping fee of 20 AED applies.
How do I track my order?+
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also visit our Track Order page at any time.
💵 Payment & COD
Is Cash on Delivery available?+
Yes! Cash on Delivery is available across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. Simply select COD at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, STCPay, Ziina and Cash on Delivery. All payments are encrypted and fully secure.

What is your return policy?+
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you or your pet are not happy with your purchase, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.
How long does a refund take?+
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days once we receive your returned item. COD refunds are made via bank transfer or store credit.

Are your products safe for pets?+
Absolutely. All FunnestPet products are vet-reviewed, BPA-free and made from non-toxic, pet-safe materials. We test every product before listing.
Do you offer a warranty on products?+
Yes! Electronic and mechanical products come with a 6-month warranty. If your product is defective, we will replace it free of charge.
